Baboons

The following blog post was written on the evening of the 5th of August while in Cape Town!

During our drive around the Cape peninsula we saw baboons! Including one that totally scared the beegeebers out of me! I was walking up a path at the Cape of Good Hope when a man almost bumped me off the path because he didn’t move. So I sort of swerved a little to avoid him and there was suddenly a giant baboon in front of me! They can also easily be seen along the side of the road while driving around. They are even considered pests by people living in the area!
